We invite talented and passionate professors, instructors, and professionals from distinct business fields to submit proposals for creating and teaching courses in our Academy.

Our platform attempts to provide formal business education, while also bridging the gap between academic theory and practical business application.

The primary benefits of teaching on our platform include:

• Visibility: Your course will be featured on TheBusinessProfessor.com, reaching our community of business professionals and academics.
• Compensation: Competitive compensation packages, including up-front payment.
• Mentorship: Opportunity to become a mentor (for hire) in our Academy.

We operate on an acquisition model. That is, we purchase the rights to the created course content, including all written, video, and audio content.

The purchase price is negotiable and based upon the subject matter, nature, and extent of material developed.

Our courses consist of written materials and videos. The format for all courses are as follows:

• Outline of chapters, topics covered in each chapter.
• Video recordings for each topic covered in the course.
• The videos should be organized (ordered) into chapters based upon topic or subject matter.
• (Generally), a single chapter will cover 10-25 topics or learning point (depending upon subject-matter).
• (Generally), a course will consist of 10+ chapters.
• Target Video length: 3-7 minutes (Problem explanation videos may be longer).

We create the transcript and written material to accompany the course video recordings.

Please view some of our other courses to better understand the course format. The format of your intended course will be discussed during the preliminary interview. The specific expectations and deliverables for a course will be determined prior to the execution of a contract with us.

Generally, we purchase all rights to the course material (videos, written content, outlines, questions, etc.) created by the professor. In limited circumstances, we licenses course content from creators.

As such, use of the created course content outside of our platform can be restricted – depending upon the nature of the content. In some instances, we except specific uses of created content outside of our platform. We also negotiate limited reservations of rights in the instructor.

We are particularly interested in courses that cover emerging trends, foundational theories, and practical applications in business.

We are open to proposals for courses across a wide range of business subjects, including, but not limited to:

• Business Mathematics (Statistics and Calculus)
• International Business
• Management Science
• Real-Estate-Focused Courses
• Marketing-Focused Courses

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Relevance and demand for the proposed course topic
• Quality of course development
• Instructor’s qualifications and experience

Please submit your course proposal via email to admin@TheBusinessProfessor.com with the subject line “Course Proposal Submission: [Your Name]”.

Your course proposal should include the following components:

1. Instructor Bio: A brief biography highlighting your professional/academic background, teaching experience (if any), and any relevant industry experience. You should include a link to your LinkedIn profile.
2. Course Overview: A brief description of the course, including its title, objectives, and targeted audience.
3. Curriculum Outline: A chapter-by-chapter breakdown of the course content, including key topics and learning outcomes. This should also include the name and title of the topic videos that you plan to create in delivering the course.
4. Written Material: The instructor may submit written material to accompany the videos; but, this is not required. We create a transcript of the video and the written content to accompany the videos.

Note: If you have already created the videos, you can submit links for review of the existing videos to accompany the curriculum outline.
