Communication
We communicate directly with prospective interviewees via email to arrange for episode production.
Scheduling: Date and Time
The date and time changes with every interview. We work with interviewees to identify a day and time that is most convenient for them.
Location
We conduct interviews in two formats:
- In-Person: You show up to our studio or we come to your place of business for recording. This is worked out directly via email/phone prior to the date of interview.
- Video conference: If the interview is conducted via video-conference, we work with the you to schedule a day and time.
Preparation
Prior to the interview, we provide a general list of questions that we hope to discuss during the interview. The idea, however, is to allow the conversation to flow naturally. We edit the interview to have a professional and succinct presentation.
If conducted via video-conference, we provide an instruction sheet regarding the video-conference application, microphone, and headset setup. (Note: The interviewee is responsible for securing a computer, microphone, and headset prior to undertaking the recording).
Duration
The length of interviews vary greatly. Career professional interviews generally last less than 1 hour. Interviews with entrepreneurs generally last 2+ hours.
Editing
Interviews go through extensive audio and video editing prior to publication.
Publishing
The interview is generally published within 14 days of completion of the interview.
