In this final section we’re going to talk about building your professional brand. We’ll identify what is a professional brand and what it means to build one. We’ll talk about specific methods or means such as verbal communication and body language. We’ll talk about the importance of how you have or conduct professional conversations.
We’ll talk about things that affect your daily life in the office environment such as starting your day, dress and appearance, how you handle in person meetings with individuals in the office with other professionals, phone and email etiquette that you should observe, how you should treat or maintain your personal space, that is your desk or your cubicle or your office or whatever, and the common areas around it.
We’ll talk about bringing in office etiquette. visitors, whether personal or professional connections, and then we’ll end by talking about business meals and the very important role that they play in establishing your personal brand. So with that being said, let’s jump in.
