When booking time with a mentor, you are making a non-refundable payment to reserve their time. If you are not happy with the mentorship session, you have no obligation to continue with that mentor. However, there is no refund available for a mentorship session once payment is made.
Please note that there is no refund available if a member misses all or part of a mentorship session for any reason. This includes missed meetings due to technical issues or emergency conflicts.
Note: Under the rare circumstance that a mentor misses a scheduled meeting (or is required to change the date and time of a mentoring session, and this rescheduling is not acceptable to the member), we will process a refund.
