Free Trial – FAQs

At the end of the 7-day, free-trial period, if you have not cancelled your membership prior to that time, you will be charged for the applicable membership period.

No. The Startup and Ultimate memberships include access to mentors and templates.  Due to the unique nature of these benefits, we can only feasibly offer these benefits as part of a paid membership.

Likewise, these membership levels are only available for annual subscribers.

Yes. The free trial applies to the Learner level of membership. As such, you can downgrade by going to your “Profile”.

From there, go to the “Subscription” tab.

There, you will be able to modify or cancel your free trial or membership.

When you sign up for the free trial, you are signing up for a membership with the first 7 days as free.

To avoid being charged, simply cancel your membership prior to the end of the free trial period.
